If your order isn't processing and is getting declined, unfortunately this is not something that we can assist with.
Declined orders are the result from one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, or billing zip code
- Insufficient funds
- Some banks will reject charges based on location
- Some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules
If you are certain that your card information is correct and that you have funds available, then it is likely that your bank and/or credit card company has denied the transaction (especially if an international transaction).
In these cases, you'll need to either contact your bank directly to have them authorize/allow the transaction, or you can try to use another card to place your order.
