If you're trying to place an order and receiving a web page error:
This is most likely a browser issue and the fix can often be as simple as trying a different web browser. When this happens, we recommend you follow these three suggestions before trying again:
- Make sure that you are using Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser
- Make sure that your browser version is up to date
- Clear your internet cookies & cache
Once you've tried the suggestions above, you'll just want to go back to the order form and try again.
If you're order isn't processing and is getting declined:
This results from your bank and/or credit card company declining the charge (especially if an international transaction) and is not something that we can assist with. In these cases, you should contact your bank and/or credit card company directly to have the allow or approve the charge. As an alternative, you can try using another card to make the purchase.
