Duplicate orders can happen if you accidentally click the submit order button more than once during the time of checkout. If you've noticed that you were charged more than once for an order, just shoot us a message at support@colesclassroom.com and we'll be happy to clear this up for you.
Please be sure to include the following information so we can quickly locate the order on our side:
- The first and last name on the order
- The email address that was used during checkout
- The details and/or contents of the order
If you are a Cole's Classroom Pro member & are unsure about the recurring payments on your billing statement, those payments are to cover the monthly cost of your Cole's Classroom membership. If you want to opt-out of the membership program, you will just need to cancel your membership with us & can do so by following the instructions here.
